Rambler 16

I was in a long line down at the dock to buy flowers for Valentine’s Day. There was only 1 flower left. While waiting, I stood there talking to myself on the sole lily quay.

Police say the perp. with terp. they picked up and charged with unauthorized paint removal in various public buildings is believed to be Jack the Stripper.

Why is Red Cross endorsed by the U.S. government? The head of the Red Cross makes over $3 million a year. There seems to be little control over regional offices. Do they provide help? Yes, but not as cost effectively as the Salvation Army. Just giving my opinion and not a penny more.

I would like to see a serious study that reflects prescription costs both by medication and in total: before, during, and after the implementation of TV advertising. I am sure that part of the rapid increase in drug costs is the advertising. Part of the effect of the advertising is getting people to use it even if it’s not needed. The study may lead to truth in lemming laws.

I recently sold my Glock Stock and put the money into Plough Shares.

There used to be a high degree of trust between Dr. and patient. Today it is approaching cynicism caused by the efforts of the pharmaceutical companies to influence the prescribing of their wares as well as the clinics and hospitals scheduling some unneeded procedures to pay for their high tech equipment.

Thanks to the pharmaceutical companies “the apple a day” has changed, we now need an Apple today to keep up with the pills.

Diphthong-one actually used for swimming.

The high efficiency bulb has been added to the list of approved electrolites.
