To be a politician you must be bilingual-able to speak out of both sides of your mouth.

Combine that with an average 6 month -2 year delay in reporting the problem, they have enough earnings to cover potential problems.

I used to be against harvesting trees from national forests. After watching the massive fires that are eliminating these forests, I believe a controlled harvesting with replanting makes sense. We might as well our government thinks we have money to burn.
